Here it comes – An enrichment studio for your child

Montessori School of Silicon Valley is really very glad to introduce Montessori Enrichment Studio for its elementary students. The enrichment studio remains open after the second work period, in the afternoon and before 3.30 pickup. This Enrichment Studio provides incredible facilities to elementary children like they can simply love to work in the Studio or enjoy independent art, cultural and other practical life activities or simply get busy with the Montessori curriculum.

Time Table – Enrichment Studios in Lower Elementary

8:30 am à Marks the beginning of the class

8:30am – 11:30am à Morning Work Period

11:30am – 12:00pm à Lunch (Tummy Time)

12:00pm – 12:30pm à Outdoor Play

12:30pm - 2:00pm à Afternoon Work Period

2:00pm – 3:30pm à Studio Time

The staff recruited at Studio is competent enough to enable the students to take part in the art, music, dancing, cooking and gardening. This in return reduces the pressure on the parents especially on the working parents. Enrichment Studio can really integrate all the extra-curricular activities under a single roof. No you can sit back and relax and see your child actively participating in various extra-curricular activities.

We all love nature and thus all our schools have fruits and vegetable gardens which attract many students towards them. These gardens are so well maintained and capable enough to enable a student to learn and understand Environmental Science efficiently. The students can learn lessons on composting, research on soil, crop rotation, preparation of the soil, transplanting, sowing, harvesting and growing. We actively use the concept of “Seed to table” to teach significance of cooking and nutrition.

Our dance, art and music studios are ready to help children to introduce and develop skills in children in each of these fields. These studios can help a child to completely indulge himself in the learning of art, music and dance. And thus this can enhance the skills of the children involved in these kinds of activities. This also boosts their confidence and helps them to make strong bonds with others via learning in a friendly environment.
